No la, you are too sweet to be a slave driver la.. And certainly not a witch lor... Hahhaa :p It sometimes takes a bit of fierce-ness to discipline certain types of kids... If you take them aside and talk to them one to one after that to explain to them why you did what you did, perhaps they might "kai1 qiao4"? Kids can feel your heart one... But you must tahan and continue to do things to help them grow in character until the day they finally understand :p
